Comfortable small house with large yard, abundant plants and trees, in quiet neighborhood

The house is small but cozy and comfortable, with expansive front and back lawns, bordered by extensive trees and bushes. The neighborhood is very close to downtown Amherst and Northampton and UMass, in addition to Hadley, South Hadley, Sunderland,... and the hill towns of Pelham, Shutesbury and Leverett. The South Amherst neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and full of friendly people. Conveniently located and very close to local shopping, dining and cultural activities, and also only minutes away from countless nature trails and hiking opportunities, including forests, mountains, lakes and rivers. We are currently completing an addition to the house, overlooking the back lawn, which significantly extends the kitchen and dining area. This will be finished prior to the move-in date of October 1.
