Ten minute walk to bus stop on Rt.116, #38 travels between Hampshire College and U Mass, but much better if you have a car, especially in winter (smaller cars fit better in the driveway). Large yard in back with conservation area and pond across the street, which is a one mile circle, great for running and walking. This is the perfect living situation for a responsible and clean non-smoker grad student (or mature undergrad) who is happy to have a couple of cats around occasionally.
