Looking for someone to take over my one-bedroom at Center East Commons, a newer building right on Main Street in the heart of Amherst. It's an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants, Amherst College is just down the road, and the PVTA Route 30... bus stops in front of the building (so you can be at UMass in minutes without dealing with parking).
The unit itself is about 560 sq ft - comfortable for 1-2 people - with great light, AC, a dishwasher, instant hot water, and big storage closets. The building is energy efficient and well-soundproofed, so it stays quiet. No in-unit laundry, but there's a really nice shared laundry room on site with newer washers and dryers, plus secure indoor bike storage if you bike.
