The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment. It is located right in front of the bus stop of townhouse apartments - literally takes 2-3 mins to walk there. It is also close to puffton village apts and north amherst bus stop. It is also at a walkable... distance from UMass.
The lease can also be extended if required.
We have a beautiful balcony with a nice view. The surrounding is calm, and quiet. We also have a community pond and swimming pool. There is a laundry right next to the unit.
The rooms are large, have multiple closets and windows with a nice view.
The apartment is on the top floor, so no worries of hearing walking sounds.
The kitchen has refrigerator, oven and stove. Heating is included in the electricity. Electricity bill is also very low, and there is a wifi modem in the apartment. It can be enabled within 30 minutes.
