This house is on bus route #45 (within 2 minutes from a bus stop), minutes of walking distance to the Amethyst Brook Conservation Area, and 2... miles to Downtown Amherst. It includes 2 units with separate entrances, and front and back yards. (The 1-bedroom small south unit is already rented out.) The north unit has 3 bedrooms, a large living room (about 19'2" x 12'4" = about 236 square feet), a bathroom, and a spacious kitchen & dining area with a sliding door to backyard, and a small laundry hookup room in front. Currently, only the big bedroom (about 16'3" x 12'4" = about 200 square feet) + common areas available. (The small and midsize bedrooms already have tenants.) Washer & drier are available currently but not guaranteed. And, if really needed, the providing of very simple old (not really decent) furniture (like mattress and bedframe...) is negotiable.
