This is a 4 bedroom single family home that's been rented out to students. It is currently a house of all undergrad. We are all seniors and I am graduating early, looking to sublet for the Spring semester. It is a very nice home, fully furnished (by... us). There is a driveway and a main entryway with a couch and a tv. There is a kitchen with an oven, fridge, and microwave. There is no dishwasher. My room is in the center of the house and is the smallest. This is a very quiet part of town and there are lots of walking woods paths around. The neighbors are also all very nice. There is a tiled basement which houses a washer and dryer. There is another tv and some couches down there. We have thrown some big parties using this space. There is a balcony in the back and a massive yard which stretches out into a tree line, behind which is a picturesque creek with some sketchy footpaths. The bus stop is across the street next to Crocker Farm Elementary School, which has a big playground, field, and basketball courts. These are open to the public after 4 pm and on weekends. There is one shower, with hot water at no cost. There are 2 toilets, with one of the bathrooms being just a toilet and sink. All of the other students staying here will continue living here for the Spring semester. They are all academic minded and keep a quiet, clean, respectful home.
