Two male grad students in their late 20's are currently living in the townhouse. Friendly, laid back atmosphere. Lease ends in August with the chance to renew.
Rent is $1200 and includes all utilities (except WiFi, ~$30/mo) . Room was previously shared by two tenants (who split the cost at $600/person). We are open to couples or a pair of friends; we have furniture and a partition available for a pair looking to split the room.
