Aspen Heights

Hello! We are two female UMass undergrads looking for 1-2 more housemates (any gender is fine) to join our lease in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. We are quiet and friendly and would love to meet if you are interested!

Rent: The rent is... $956/person/month if split between 2 people, or $1912/month for a single. This is for Bedroom 2 on the floorplan. The lease will start August 15, 2026 and lasts for one year (it is renewable).

Amenities: All utilities (internet, heating, AC, water, electricity, etc.) are included in the rent. Parking is free (it's a 10 minute drive from campus) and there is a free shuttle to UMass, downtown, and shopping areas that goes every 30 minutes. Laundry is in-unit, there is also a 24 hour gym in the facility, study rooms, a free gourmet coffee bar, community spaces, free printing, and it is right next to the bike path. The room is unfurnished, but we have bar stools and a couch in the living room already. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, many cabinets, sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a dishwasher.

Expectations: We are looking for people who are quiet (we are early sleepers), communicative, and willing to pitch in with common chores. We expect no smoking of any kind (one of us has asthma).
