Aspen Heights, 3 Bedroom

Hello! I'm the accelerated nursing program at UMass and have been living at Aspen Heights for a year. One of my roommates is finishing their master's and we're looking for someone to take their place.

I have one bedroom available in a three bedroom... apartment. There will be some furnishing left by the roommate who is leaving. All utilities (plus the extra benefits the complex provides) are included in the rent. The apartments opened in 2021, so everything is very new.

I have the Telluride A apartment layout, which is three bedrooms, two bathrooms.

The complex is like a community with community events being put on by the staff. It's non-smoking.

My roommate and I are fairly academically focused. I am not a sticker for an immaculate apartment, but common courtesy is appreciated. My hobbies are largely athletics, primarily cycling. I also enjoy cooking. I biked across the US and I'm pretty social and outgoing. If you have any questions, I am happy to answer them!
