Aspen Heights, 3 Bedroom next to campus

Hello! I'm the accelerated nursing program at UMass and have been living at Aspen Heights for a year and a half. I will be finishing my program in December, and I am looking for someone to take over the room December 15th or after. I've had a great... time at Aspen and have two male roommates both of whom are doing PhD programs.

I have one bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. It is the bedroom with the private bathroom. I have a queen bed and mattress, ergonomic chair, desk, dresser, etc. All major furnishings. All utilities (plus the extra benefits the complex provides) are included in the rent. The apartments opened in 2021, so everything is very new. It is the Telluride A apartment layout.

The complex is like a community with community events being put on by the staff. It's non-smoking.
