Aspen Heights, 3 Bedroom apartment next to campus (Shared Housing)

Hello!

I am leasing a room with a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower available in Aspen Heights from the middle of December. If you move in between December 15th and January 1st, that portion of rent will be covered and you will receive $500... towards the next month's rent. There are two other bedrooms in the apartment. Both other members of the apartment are Ph.D. students, and they are out for most of the day.

The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen (with a microwave, oven, and full-sized fridge), and an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is also the top floor, so it is quiet. The management, 24/7 front desk attendant, and maintenance people are very helpful. The common rooms in the facility are clean. If you put your trash outside the room on a Wednesday, a valet trash service will take it away. Throughout the year Aspen Heights holds a variety of events, such as buffets, raffles, bingo, etc...

The apartment complex has a nice 24-hour gym (treadmills, free weights, a cable machine, and a dedicated squat rack), and free printing and coffee/tea (including a latte machine!). The large communal lounge has a fireplace and TV, as well as pool and ping pong tables and board games. Quiet study rooms are available. Vending machines in the hallways allow you to get snacks when needed.

Aspen Heights was built in 2021, so everything is new. Maintenance staff are on-site, and come quickly when needed. It is an Amazon hub, so packages can be sent there. There are several courtyards as well. It is a comfortable and safe place to live.

Aspen Heights has a private shuttle, which is free for residents, that will take you to the U Mass campus, shopping centers, and downtown. It is near to Target, Trader Joes, Dollar Tree, Staples, and the Stop and Shop. It is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to campus.

All utilities, including central heating and air conditioning, water, electricity, trash pickup, and Internet, are included in the rent. The Wifi is fast, free, and easy to connect to. There is plenty of free parking.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, it will come with a desk and rolling computer chair, queen bed, dresser, nightstand, etc.

Aspen Heights gets great reviews: you can read them on Google, and you can see more photos there as well.

Rent is $1333 per month and your lease can be renewed for the following year.
