Amherst Farm House, All Utilities Included, Private Bedroom
Rent is $875/month and includes all utilities and wifi ($150/month value). This unfurnished room is available June 1st. Currently there are three other people (grad student, recent grad, working professional) that live in the house. The house is... clean, respectful, and quiet. Bathroom is shared with two other people. There is laundry, ample parking, and a spacious garden and yard at the house. Mt. Pollux and hiking trails located across from the house. It's a ten minute drive to downtown Amherst, a couple minutes further to Umass campus. Closest bus stop is 1.5 miles from the house.
No pets allowed. There are already two nice dogs that live in the house. The property owner lives in the other half of the duplex. It is a vegetarian house, so there is no cooking meat in the house. Cooking eggs and reheating meat are fine. There is a grill outside that meat can be cooked on.
