Alpine Commons Apartments (Shared Housing)

We have 1 bedroom available in a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The room can come furnished with a desk, chair, bed frame, and mattress. Living in the apartment are 3 female PhD students and we are looking for a fourth female masters/PhD student to join... us. The apartment comes with all utilities included in the rent, a washer and dryer in unit and a furnished living room and kitchen. Management is very responsive, professional, and responsible. A bus stop with a bus that goes straight to campus (30) is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. As roommates, we tend to keep to our individual rooms and prefer to maintain a clean mutual living space, but are also very laid back and just trying to get through graduate school.
