Alpine Commons, Building 1 Apartments (Shared Housing)

Hello!

We are looking for 2 graduate students or young professionals to join a 4 bed/4 bath unit at Alpine Commons. The unit type is "The Notch" and comes with ample living space, all utilities included (as well as internet), and easy access to... campus.

Each room has its own bathroom attached and a large closet, and can easily fit a queen bed, dresser, tv stand, desk, and more. One of the bedrooms is on the corner and comes with two large windows and ample natural light. The other has only one window. Bedrooms are carpeted, while the shared living space has laminate flooring. A large laundry room provides convenience and ample storage space.

We are hoping for those over 26, as most of us are older. Ideal candidates would be those who have lived in a shared space before, are willing and ready to share upkeep/cleaning tasks, and like to hang out and watch movies or tv together on chill nights. Respectful communication, as always, is required. We are a smoke-free apartment, and value quiet time. As such, we prefer those who do not party and appreciate a chill home environment for work and study.
