I'm subletting my beautiful room because I'm moving out after the spring semester.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, desk, chairs, wardrobe... You can just move in with your stuff! The house itself has a big kitchen, a dining area... and a living room. Your room is connected to a separate toilet you only have to share with Dylan and a secret staircase to the kitchen. We have another bathroom on the upper floor, which has a shower. We have our own washer and dryer in the basement.

It is very convenient for me that our house is directly across the street from the bus stop "Rolling Greens" on route 30. It takes roughly 15min to get to campus depending on traffic.

My roommates are Dylan (a CS grad student) and Walker and Abdulrahman (both physics grad students). If you enjoy movie nights or having the most random conversations, they make the perfect roommates. I guarantee you'll have a great time with them!

but they currently don't know how much time they will spend in Amherst during the summer, so it's not unlikely that you will have the house to yourself.
