3 Rooms Available in 6 bed 3 bath Duplex Duplex (Shared Housing)

Hi all!

We are 3 roommates looking for three more roommates to join our lovely 6 bed 3 bath Belchertown duplex for September 1st until the end of the lease in August 2026. More info about us on the application form!

There are three rooms: one on... the third floor and two on the first floor. Rent excludes utilities, which are usually in the $120s when you factor in oil refills (which we get ~every 3 months)

Top floor: Rent is $600. Spacious room with two windows overlooking the yard and two small built in bookcases. You’d be sharing a bathroom with me (Andrea) on the top floor of the house. There is a nice landing and desk space that I use as a makeshift art studio/ work space and keep plants in. I’m the only one who uses that space as of now but I’d be happy to come to an agreement if you want to split the space more evenly!

First floor room next to the bathroom: Rent is $650. One of the most spacious rooms located in the corner of the house with windows facing out into the woods and a roomy closet. You’d be sharing a bathroom with two roommates. Unfurnished.

First floor room across from bathroom: Rent is $575. This is the smallest room in the house. It still can fit a full bed, a desk, and a TV console comfortably. It has a built-in bookcase and overlooks the yard. This room is directly under the kitchen and can be noisy when there are people cooking, walking around, or when the dishwasher is on. As such, it is an ideal room for someone that doesn’t work from home and isn’t recommended for folks that prefer to stay home most of the time. Shares a bathroom with two roommates.

We like to hang out, have movie nights, share communal meals, walk around the neighborhood, go on nature walks, go camping, etc. but we also value privacy. We are ideally looking for someone personable who is open to being friends/ friendly with us as we are pretty easygoing (big plus if you like mario party). More info about us in the questionnaire.

What we are looking for:
mature individuals that clean up after self/ help w common chores without having to be reminded constantly (this is especially important in a house w 6 people)
clear communicators
respectful/ responsible
no couples

driveway is not well paved and can be difficult in bad weather
fridge space is limited with so many roommates
