One bedroom is currently available in a 4 bdrm/2 full bath spacious shared 2 story 2000 square feet (that’s a big space) apartment/duplex. 2 story unit with 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom on each floor.

Other housemates for the spring semester are: One PhD student, and 2 recent grads now working full time. Mixed gender house. Quiet and respectful people.
During the Summer and 2026/27 academic year house shared with one recent grad.

Driveway parking. Storage space in basement if needed.

Large living-room; large eat-in kitchen; large fenced backyard; residential neighborhood within a 15 minute walk to shops/town center. Fully equipped - Just bring your sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
