Bathroom is on 2nd floor and shared with 1 other student. Large patio/fire pit located in side yard. No laundry available. Several laundromats 3-5 miles from property. Shared space available in refrigerator and kitchen cabinets on first floor.
The household has 2 large dogs who are contained to the basement.
Strict no cigarette smoking in home or on property. No shoes worn in house, removed in entryway.
Some cosmetic (trim) work incomplete in the home including 2nd floor bathroom.
No overnight guests, Rare exceptions considered for out of town visitors
Looking for quiet, respectful, conscientious student. Graduate or PhD student given priority Rental is month to month.
