Sunny room on the second floor of quiet private home. Individual bedrooms available for rent. Each room has built in shelving, and large closet... space. Rooms have basic furniture (Bed, desk etc). Bathroom is on 2nd floor and shared with 1 other student. Large patio/fire pit located in side yard. No laundry available. Several laundromats 3-5 miles from property.
Shared space available in refrigerator and kitchen cabinets on first floor.

The household has 2 large dogs who are contained to the basement.

Strict no cigarette smoking in home or on property.
No shoes worn in house, removed in entryway.

Some cosmetic (trim) work incomplete in the home including 2nd floor bathroom.

No overnight guests, Rare exceptions considered for out of town visitors

Looking for quiet, respectful, conscientious student. PhD student or visiting professor given priority
Rental is month to month.
