Hi everyone! I am currently securing a lease for a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at 1010 N. Pleasant Street for the upcoming school year (September move-in, 12-month lease). I will be taking one of the bedrooms and am looking for two roommates to... take the other two private rooms!

Location: Less than 1 mile from UMass campus. It's a very easy walk, and it’s located right on the bus line with a bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away.

About Me & What I'm Looking For:
I’m a junior majoring in Electrical Engineering. As a roommate, I am quiet, respectful, and keep noise to a minimum to focus on my studies and personal activities. I have my cosigner ready and finances fully covered, so I am ready to lock this place down quickly. I'm hoping to find two roommates with a similar mindset!
