2 AWESOME HOUSEMATES WANTED (Amherst Center $880/$964 + utilities)

Looking for two graduate students for our lovely 4-bedroom house in Amherst Center, starting Sep 1st! There is a bedroom for $880/mo and a master bedroom with its own bathroom for $964/mo, utilities not included.

Quiet residential street, 10 min... walk to downtown and 7–10 min to the nearest bus stops. We have a big common area that's great for hanging out or having people over. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, there is a large basement with lots of storage, in-unit washer/dryer, and a covered garage as well.

We enjoy hanging out together and hosting fun events or dinners, and this year we are hoping to find people who are similarly outgoing or would like to do activities together outside of work. Communicating requests and needs, being respectful of each other’s privacy and boundaries, cleaning up after ourselves, and working together on house maintenance makes everything better!
