Hi everyone!
My old roommate is leaving, and I am looking for someone to sublet this sunny, spacious room in my 2-bedroom apartment. The rent is $925/month. Heat is included in the rent, so you will save a ton on heating in the winter.
The room is... very spacious. There is a shared kitchen and dining room area, and a bathroom. The apartment is furnished, but there won't be any furniture in your room.
It's a very beautiful apartment! There's also a balcony - it's great to eat or have a drink outside with a view, especially in the summer. There is a nice lawn to relax and read on.
I'm generally a quiet and clean roommate, but I like to have people over every once in a while. If you're relatively quiet and OK with cleaning every so often, we'll get along well!
