I am currently working and am looking for a grad student, faculty/staff or professional to share this two-story condo with two bedrooms and one bath. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood in Amherst with hiking trails nearby. It has hardwood... floors, is partially furnished with queen bed included and is near the Hampshire Fitness Center. It is located right on the free bus line to UMass that also brings you to downtown Amherst and to shopping. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from here to UMass and about 20 minutes to get there by bus or by bike, while there is also a parking space available for your use. The apartment has a clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, basement, and small outdoor patio and grill. Rental begins on 9/1 but can be arranged for sometime the week before if needed.
Hot water, trash removal, recycling, snow removal and lawn care are all provided and there is access to internet/cable hook up.
Note: Electricity, heating and internet/cable expenses are shared.
Rental term is for 12 months with first month's rent and security deposit required.
