This house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located in downtown Amherst and less than five minutes away from the closest bus stop.
Currently, three of the four bedrooms are occupied by graduate students. We are looking for someone to... sublet the fourth bedroom starting now until the end of the current lease (end of August 2025).
The rent per bedroom is 800 U.S. dollars per month. The following utilities are not included: electricity, gas, internet, water/sewer. These utilities end up being around 100 U.S. dollar per month on average throughout the year.
There is an option to be added to the new lease (September 2025 to August 2026). The rent per bedroom is going to be 825 U.S. dollars per month then.
