1 Bd Lease takeover (apartment is a 3 bd 2 bath)

This 3 bedroom unit is currently occupied by 2 UMass students - 2 grad females and 1 grad/PhD candidate female.

The apartment is clean, and features 2 bathrooms in the unit, 1 kitchen, 1 living space, and 3 bedrooms -

1 bedroom is becoming... available. Earliest Move-In date is July 1st, 2026 - but negotiable with student moving out. The bedroom will be mostly unfurnished. (can leave bed frame, a drafting desk, and 1 small chest of drawers - yellow/brown chest of drawers in photos)

We are looking for a quiet, female student to takeover my portion of the lease because I graduated this past May. You would have your own bedroom.

Showings after 5:30pm on weekdays at request (I work FT M-F). Showing on weekends not preferred but negotiable for serious inquirers.

We split costs of rent, wifi, gas, and electricity evenly. Split rent cost is $857.33 per person. (lease renews in September 2026), Wifi, gas and electricity tend to be $15-$50 per person per utility.

Laundry is down the hall, $2.50/load.

Off street parking for residents at no additional cost to resident.
