This is a ranch house on bus route #45 (within 2 minutes from a bus stop), minutes of walking distance to the Amethyst Brook Conservation Area, and 2 miles to Downtown Amherst. It includes 2 units with separate entrances, and front and back yards. (South unit is not available now.)

The North unit has 3 bedrooms, and the common areas including a large living room (~260 square feet), a bathroom (~53 square feet), and a spacious kitchen-dining area (~240 square feet) with a sliding door to backyard, and a small laundry hookup room (~80 square feet) in front.
