This house is on bus route #45 (within 2 minutes...
from a bus stop), minutes of walking distance to the Amethyst Brook Conservation Area, and 2 miles to Downtown Amherst.
It includes 2 units with separate entrances, and front and back yards.

The South unit ($750) has one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen facilities. Bedroom, living room and the corridor have carpets. (Current tenant intends to renew but we haven't signed any agreement for details.)

The North unit has 3 bedrooms, and the common areas including a large living room (about 255 square feet), a bathroom, and a spacious kitchen-dining area (about 239 square feet) with a sliding door to backyard, and a small laundry hookup room (about 80 square feet) in front. (Washer & drier are available currently but not guaranteed forever.) Bedrooms, living room and corridor have hardwood floors.
The whole North unit is for $1650, available no later than July 1, 2025. If rent separately:
The small bedroom (~82 square feet) is $500, available June 1, 2025.
The mid-size bedroom (~138 square feet) is $550, available no later than June3, 2025.
The big bedroom (~200 square feet) is $600, available July 1, 2025.

And, if really needed, the providing of very simple old (not really decent) furniture (like mattress and bedframe...) is negotiable. If you feel interested in it, please contact me with email preferred with a short phone text or voice notice to 413-800-5724, so that I can check my email box (username shen3t for either Hotmail or Gmail) and we can further discuss various possibilities.

If all equally qualified, priority will be given to whoever (either a single person or a group of up to four unrelated people) intend to rent a whole unit rather than separate rooms. Then, longer term than shorter term.
