- Lots of natural light, ceiling fan in bedroom
- Located right between UMass campus & downtown Amherst - I walk to class every day and it takes me 10 min!

- 1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 half bathroom downstairs, total of 3 bedrooms upstairs with the kitchen and living downstairs
- Amenities: quarter laundry machines, dishwasher, lots of storage, yard, front porch.
- Pets - No Pet Policy from our Landlady
- Cleanliness - we prefer to keep the common spaces clean and organized
