Looking for a subletter for an UNFURNISHED room in our lovely 4-bedroom house in Amherst Center, starting June 1! Rent is... $600, all utilities except for wifi and electricity included. We can talk about your move-in date if you need a sublet for a shorter period of time.
The house is a 10min walk from the town center and two blocks from the 30 bus route. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, there is a large basement with lots of storage and on-site laundry, and a covered garage as well. You’ll be living with 3 UMass PhD students.
