Electricity is not included in the rent. The average electricity bill is approximately $60 which we would split evenly. All other utilities are and have been listed with the other information of the apartment. The list rent amount is for the available room. The total rent of the apartment is $1540 per month which we split evenly to arrive at $770 each. More details about he apartment and complex are given below: My current roommate is graduating in May and I am looking for a new roommate who needs housing either through the Summer and/or the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 academic semesters or longer. It's a two-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, a kitchen (with well-functioning stove and dishwasher), and a common area. Please see the pictures above, more pictures upon request. Most of the apartment is furnished with the exception of the available bedroom. Although the apartment is furnished there is still some room for additional furnishings. The apartment is on the ground level, so not having to move heavy furniture up stairs is a plus. There is great AC/ heat during the summer/winter months. Plenty of off-street parking and the lot and walkways are plowed in the winter time. The area is very scenic; sugarloaf estates is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of colonial housing with a light agricultural touch. The complex grounds are very well kept and are a joy to walk around during the spring/summer days. Although the complex is far from campus (~6 miles), there are several convenience stores and restaurants in the area, and a bus stop in the complex (which has a frequent schedule: every 15 mins during the semester, every half-hour during the summer/winter breaks). It takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the bus stop and it takes only 15-20 mins to reach campus. There is also a pool and a gym on site that are free (included in the rent) for all sugarloaf residents. The pool is open during the spring and summer months and the gym is open all year with 24/7 access. My current lease ends in August 2020 and I am looking to renew it for the following year (until August 2021). Currently have no pets. Pets are welcome by me, just know there's a $30/month addition to the rent to allow pets. If interested, please email me or contact me via text. I tend not to answer phone calls from random numbers so if you try calling me and I don't answer, please try sending a text or email. Thanks!
