This is a ranch house on bus route #45 (within 2 minutes from a bus stop), minutes of walking distance to the Amethyst Brook Conservation Area, and 2 miles to Downtown Amherst. It includes 2 units with separate entrances, 4 off-street parking spots, and front and back yards.
(Only a MID-size bedroom with shared common areas available starting any day for monthly or longer leases, while all other bedrooms are not available until the coming summer.)

The North unit has 3 bedrooms, and the common areas include a large living room (~260 square feet), a bathroom (~53 square feet), and a spacious kitchen-dining area (~240 square feet) with a sliding door to backyard, and a small laundry hookup room (~80 square feet) in front. (Washer & drier are available currently but not guaranteed forever.) Hardwood floors in bedrooms and living room (including their closets) and corridor (~52 square feet).

And, if really needed, some very simple old used (not really decent) furniture (like mattress and bedframe, table and chairs...) and kitchen utensils could be provided.
