Hello,
I am looking to sublet my room from January 2025 until June after which you would be able to sign a new lease for the academic year. The room is located in a shared house near the bus stop of Heatherstone Road to the east of Amherst. The... room itself is on the second floor and has multiple windows. In the house there are two bathrooms, one which you will share and a kitchen and living space downstairs. The house also offers a porch and backyard and it’s possible to do your laundry in the basement. Per month the rent, all included (disposal/water/internet), is 650,- and the costs for heat and electricity are payed separately. Expect about 50 to 150 per month, depending on the season. There is a parking lot with a space for a car in case you might have one.
