Room for sublet *everything included* in really nice apartment walk to bus line (Sublet / Shared Space)

[web address removed] *COVID CONSCIOUS* This is a really nice apartment at the border between Amherst and Belchertown, a short walk to the 45 bus stop and a 0.63 mile walk to the end of the bike trail that goes through Amherst. The apartment is under a main house that is owner occupied so no partiers or large gatherings. The room in question is room #2 in the video and has enough space to fit very well my full bed, a vanity and my very large desk (the furniture on the video is not mine). There are one and a half bathrooms and access to the laundry room. There are two roommates, one is a graduate student and the other works at one of the colleges. The rent includes everything so you don't have to pay for electricity or anything extra. The room is unfurnished and the cats on the picture do not come with the house, they are mine and are the only pets in the apt. This space is perfect for a COVID conscious, clean, respectful individual that wants to study, relax or just enjoys walking.
