Contemporary home in beautiful natural setting (big yard, stream, trails for hiking and skiing, by Atkins reservoir), 10 minute drive to town and UMass.

SECOND... FLOOR SUITE AVAILABLE SPRING SEMESTER, Summer, and/or 2026-27 school year ! bedroom, bath, dressing area, linen closet, built in vanity with drawers, hall with 2 large closets (one is a walk-in or tiny room), built in shelves and cupboards in bedroom area, carpeted, blinds, view and sound of stream.

This is a a peaceful, friendly, private, environment where you can relax, concentrate, practice, study, nourish, enjoy, There is a kitchen annex (separate from owner's kitchen) part of a large laundry room that can be used by both tenants. Tenants can also have a small fridge, microwave, and coffeepot in the suite.

Family bedrooms are in separate area of the house which allows privacy for everyone. I am a single woman; my adult daughter lives here too. We have 3 bonded young cats that stay in owners area of house. We've been renting two suites for many years and it works really well. Renters have been graduate students in many departments including music students (this is a good place to practice), nursing students, professors. If you are a two year grad student I will rent straight through with only one summer.
