Puffton Village Apartments room sublet from June 1st - July 31

I am looking for 1-2 people to sublet my room from June 1st to July 31st. I have two other roommates who will have moved out by then, so you technically would have the apartment to yourself. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.... The room you would be staying in is on the first floor, with a closet attached to the room. There is a bus stop right outside of the apartment, along with a laundry unit as well. All utilities are covered minus the electric bill which can be transferred over to you once you move in(I would need to transfer the electric bill coverage). Rent is $1,146/month for the room, but because my roommates will be moved out you are technically paying for the entire apartment. I am also willing to negotiate some of the expenses in order to make the process as speedy as possible. Please reach out if you or someone you know is interested!
