Olympia Place

Hi everyone!! I am looking for a sublet in Olympia Place for this upcoming spring 2025. Olympia place is a modern new complex with plenty of amenities and perks. This sublease is offering one bedroom in a four bedroom apartment, with three other... girls. They are all respectful, kind and clean and have made living here this semester very easy and fun. The apartment comes fully furnished with bed frame, mattress, desk, desk chair, and closet space just alone in your room. In the living areas there is a couch, TV, kitchen space, microwave, dishwasher, and living room table. Additionally the bathroom comes furnished with water and heating already included in the payment. And a major perk is in unit washer/dryer is available!! There is plenty of hallway closet space as well. It is about a 20 minute walk to campus, however there is a bus route right out-front of the building with easy and convenient transportation to school.
