North 116 Flats

One-bedroom apartment in the North 116 Flats complex (Sunderland) for the months of June and July. The apartment is spacious, bright, and on an upper floor — no roommates, just a quiet space all to yourself! The complex is peaceful and well-kept, and... it’s super close to UMass Amherst: about 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus (bus 31 stops nearby and runs frequently). You’ll have access to plenty of amenities: gym, lounge areas, study rooms, fireplaces, green spaces, and even a dog park if you have a pup. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I’m flexible with the rent.
