The building is a house split into 3 separate apartments, all with separate addresses. This listing is of the rightmost section/address. The location is pretty quiet. 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop (visible from the edge of the driveway).
The... basement has a washer and dryer, and some exercise equipment. Mostly used for storage, lots of space.
The first floor has a living room (leather couch, 2 loveseats, 3 tables. carpeted), kitchen/dining room (electric stove, oven, fridge, plenty of counterspace, table that seats 4), and half-bath. Has access to the porch (table and 2 seats, stairs lead to backyard).
The second floor has the 4 bedrooms (the two smaller ones share a wall with the middle-of-the-house neighbors), the bathroom (full bath), and hall closet. No attic access.
Every room has at least 1 window, the apartment gets lots of light.
The front yard is mostly garden/walkway. The backyard is almost completely flat, very big! The driveway is also quite large, fitting 7 cars. Garbage/recycling bins in the driveway, able to be wheeled up to the street easily when filled/ready.
Landlady is fantastic! Very quick to respond, helpful, and understanding :)
