Looking for 1 flatmate for smallest bedroom at Mill Valley Apartments

I am looking for 1 flatmate (female only) to join our 3b2b apartment at mill valley for the coming year. The room is the smallest room among the 3. The perspective flatmate would share a bathroom with the flatmate occupying the mid-size bedroom....

The apartment and room come with furniture, basically there is no need to any furniture. We have washer and dryer in unit. The room does not come with air conditioner. It is located in an estate called Mill Valley which can be reached through Bus Line 31 to South Amherst. We are 6 minutes walk from the bus stop. The rent does not include electricity and internet. We split. The cost is usually less than 60 dollars per month. People have been renting this apartment for a few years so its price is lower than most apartments in the estate or even other estates.

The 2 flatmates are nice and communicable. Both are Asian international students. We are generally clean and tidy.

We expect the perspective flatmate to be respectful of each other's boundary, and that she can remain quite after 12 pm and refrain from using the washer or dryer after 930 pm because one flatmate's room is right beside the machines.

The current lease ends in August but we will renew it. We are looking for someone to fill the smallest bedroom for the summer and the coming year. If you decide to join the lease from now on till August the previous tenant of this room is willing to give 200 dollars stipend. Read More
