Lease transfer for Fall starting Aug 2025

I am looking to lease transfer my room in a house with 4 other male grad students studying at UMass starting August 2025.

If you are a grad student you will be able to sign the lease until end of August 2026.

House has central air/heat and also an... in unit washer dryer for your use. Has a large basement for storage.
Utilities cost extra.

Room comes fully/partially furnished and has more than enough space in the kitchen and you will only share your bathroom with one person.

Short term lease for one month of August 2025 is also an option.
