A bedroom is available in a beautiful, sunny apartment in Northampton, just a ten-minute walk from the bus stop at Smith College and fifteen minutes from downtown.... This apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, a dining room, and a bathroom. You will also have access to a balcony. The apartment, except for the room, comes fully furnished. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in the building.
The lease is a month-to-month agreement. The rent for the room is $800 plus utilities. The first payment will include the first month's rent, a security deposit, a rental fee, and an application fee. The landlord is responsible for hot water, trash and recycling, cold water, lawn care, and snow removal.
About us: My girlfriend and I are graduate students at UMass studying language and literature. We are looking for someone clean, quiet, and responsible. This is an international, LGBT household.
