The apartment has a great location, it's next to Share Coffee, across from Lili Restaurant, and is located on all major bus routes. It's a 1-2 minute walk to bus stops, and has walking distance to campus. The community here is clean and quiet, as... they do not rent apartments to undergrads. The apartment itself is very spacious, with 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, the bedroom that I'm looking to sublet will be unfurnished. Laundry facilities are downstairs. No pests or rodents.

Rent: $875 per month per person (electricity and WiFi not included), an excellent deal for the area

Friendly Roommate: The other occupant of the apartment is a current UMass PhD student. She follows a regular schedule, spends most days on campus, and has no bad habits.
