2 Bedrooms apartment in Colonial Village ($1450)

Small and cozy apartment in Colonial Village. The apartment has a large living room partially furnished by me with a dining table, a sofa, three armchairs, a TV and a projector. There are also multiple closets available for storage. The kitchen,... although small, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and a kettle. The apartment also has a bathroom that would be shared by the two tenants.
The apartment is located on bus route 30, and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away from the front door. It takes about 20 minutes to get to UMass and approximately 10 minutes to get to Amherst Center. There is access to a washer and dryer that we share with the rest of the building..
Utilities are not included, so internet and electricity bills would have to be added to the $775 each tenant pays monthly. The internet service costs $17.5 per month per person, and last year's electricity bills were around $20 per month per person too.
In order to reserve the apartment, it is necessary to sign the contract and pay the first month's, and a security deposit.
Feel free to contact me through email or telephone for further information.
